• For collaboration items, we will “Collect & Check” before shipment.
• We dispatch from the Hong Kong and do not process the orders during Hong Kong holidays.
• It is the customer's responsibility to file any shipping damage claims directly with the Postal Service.
• We are not cover your country customs fees, services tax, value-added tax….
