Refund Policy

If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty

Please immediately send us a photos of the products before you send the goods backs to us, we will try to replace them after we receive the original goods.

>Please make sure the tag still is on the product. Only accept unopened and untried products can be accepted returned.

>If you do return, you are responsible for all return shipping fees and service charges.

>We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear / underwear products.

> We only accept untried on products returns and exchanges.

 

Returns/ exchanges due to customer’s personal preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. So we encourage you to choose carefully. Please review your order carefully before you placing it.

 

Missing items in your shipment

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will send it again once we receive your email. Out of stock items will be partially refund.

 

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If your received a damaged Pixy goods. Please immediately report and send us a photos of the damaged products before you send the goods backs to us.

After we receive and inspect the goods we will exchange the goods or refund you if there are no problems with the received goods.

>If you do return, you are responsible for all return shipping fees and service charges.

>For those who paid by credit card we will refund your credit card.

 

Refund Policy

All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable.

 

Defective or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 20-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 20-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pixyswim.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
